with winter in the city where it is cold and snowy, while in summers they are
often hot and humid. The average temperatures in the month of January range
from -5oC to - 15oC,
and the average temperatures in July range from 15oC to 26oC.
In autumn with cool breezes and temperatures cooling down you can see the trees change colour. In the
spring with temperature rising up the flowers begin to bloom.
